Civanta Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in the equipment you purchase from Civanta. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials. Proof of purchase is required.

Before returning an item, please contact Civanta to request return authorization and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including special-order or custom-configured products, clearance or final-sale items, opened consumable products, and products identified as non-returnable on the product page or quotation.

Certain test, measurement, calibrated, safety, or manufacturer-controlled products may also be subject to manufacturer-specific return requirements. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated before or at the time of purchase whenever possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Civanta as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Civanta or an eligible defective or damaged product.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears on your account.

Commercial, Bulk & Project Orders

Large-volume purchases, project orders, specially sourced equipment, configured field kits, and commercial quotations may have return or cancellation terms specific to the order. Those terms will be disclosed in the applicable quotation or order documentation and will take precedence where applicable.
